Vanliner’s rapid response approach is coordinated by its catastrophic/litigated claim supervisor and includes appropriate utilization of recognized transportation experts, specialized heavy truck adjusters, and approved local defense counsel. Members of Vanliner’s Catastrophic Accident Team participate in after-hours hotline duty for such incidents, and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as preserving evidence immediately after an accident occurs is the best possible way to ensure the best possible defense.
