TransProtection, a subsidiary of Vanliner Group, Inc., was established in 1982. Today, it works in partnership with its sister company, Vanliner Insurance Company, to provide a full range of insurance products and services to its customers in the moving industry.Movers require a broad spectrum of coverages, and TransProtection has agreements with a number of specialty companies to provide a complete insurance package. Coverages available from TransProtection and Vanliner include commercial auto, workers’ compensation, umbrella liability, furniture movers’ and warehousemen’s liability, commercial property and general liability. With its other insurance partners, TransProtection provides employment practices liability, bonds, movers' professional liability, crime, fidelity, time element, owner/operator health and benefits and other coverages required by a mover.
